Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Time Boy application operated by ElevenYellow ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Time Boy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Time Boy is an AI-powered application that generates artistic visualizations of what locations might have looked like in different historical eras. The app uses artificial intelligence to create these images based on user-provided photographs or Street View imagery.

AI-Generated Content

You understand and acknowledge that:

• All historical visualizations are AI-generated artistic interpretations
• Generated images are not actual historical photographs
• We make no claims about the historical accuracy of generated content
• Generated content should not be used as historical evidence or documentation

Credits and Purchases

• The app operates on a credit-based system
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via Apple
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Time Boy to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Create misleading content presented as authentic historical imagery
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app's AI systems
• Circumvent any security measures or usage limitations

Intellectual Property

The Time Boy app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by ElevenYellow. You retain rights to your original photographs. Generated images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Time Boy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenYellow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Time Boy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Time Boy at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ElevenYellow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
